Please fill out the form below to register for the 2025/2026 LHS Marching Band Season.

Student and Parent 1 Information is required.

Select your membership option (New or Returning Band Member) and how you would like to pay your marching band fees (Full Payment or Auto-Pay Plan)

IF YOU HAVE REGISTERED FOR A PERFORMING ARTS GROUP PREVIOUSLY, PLEASE USE THE SAME STUDENT EMAIL!

If you have financial constraints regarding your Marching Band Registration, please contact Mr. Miller regarding potential scholarship eligibility prior to submitting this registration.

If you are a previous scholarship recipient, you must still contact Mr. Miller in regards to renewing your scholarship for the upcoming year.
